REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
- Pre-register online at www.eayso.org (players & volunteers)
- Print and bring 2 electronically signed copies of the online forms
- Bring child’s birth certificate (if a NEW player to San Bruno AYSO only)
- For players who will be 10 and older as of August 1: bring a current photo (1”x1½”) for use on Player ID Cards (print full name of player on back of photo)
- Bring your payment: cash, check, Visa or Mastercard
NOTE: We will have limited computer access at each registration event, but we recommend you complete the preregistration
process before coming to registration in order to save time and avoid long wait time.
